About the Author

Roni NooneOnce an assistant professor of Web Technology, Roni Noone has changed her career path drastically. In 2005, she started a weight-loss blog,, to shed 70 pounds, start a running habit, get over a fear of weight training and complete her first marathon. Now she shares her love of food on while letting readers know what her picky husband and 5-year-old think of her latest kitchen creations.

Roni is also the founder and host of the annual FitBloggin’ conference, which brings new and seasoned health, wellness, fitness and weight-loss bloggers together for knowledge, personal growth and networking.
