    Simply Stuffed Raspberries

Updated: Aug 17, 2023 by Veronica Noone · This post may contain affiliate links · 5 Comments

    stuffed raspberries pin

There's just something about the tart sweetness and delicate flesh of a raspberry that seems indulgent to me. I love them! There's only one problem, I can eat a pint in 30 seconds. Flat.

I love this idea not only because it's simple, light and fun but it slows me down and lets the enjoyment of the raspberry last just a little but longer.

    Ingredients

    • 1 Pint of fresh Raspberries
    • 1 Wedge of The Laughing Cow Smooth Sensations Cream Cheese Spread Strawberries & Cream

    Instructions

Place The Laughing Cow wedge in a sandwich bag and snip a small part of the corner.

Pipe the cheese into the whole of the raspberry.

Just a bit will fit. I was almost able to do the hole pint!

    Enjoy.

I mean, really. How fun is that?!

It wold be just as yummy!

    Note:

If the Smooth Sensations are not yet available in your area you can easily try this idea with a traditional Light Swiss and add a bit of honey and raspberry extract, event a dash of cinnamon. Something like I did for the Cheesy Blueberry Topped English Muffins.

Weight Watchers Note: You decide how you want to count. The points below are simply based on Nutritional Information. If I was following the old plan I would count 1 for the berries and 1 for the cheese. Not sure on PointsPlus

New plan, the raspberries are "free" and the laughing cow would be 2 points... i have been "creating receipes" of combos of food i eat lately because it really is more points than i was counting by counting everything separately.

this is a cool idea, and I am def. going to try as I too can eat a pint of raspberries in less than a minute... 🙂

      YUM!!!!!!!!!!

Grow your own rasberries, easy to care for, cut the canes down each year, and yummy rasberries you can pick yourself.
