What Came Home?
Last weekend we were away not returning until 9PM Sunday. I scrambled Monday morning to put together this lunch. The Capri Sun was leftover from his soccer game the Thursday before, the corn from Friday's dinner, the fruit from the pantry and the Cheese and crackers are a go to of ours. Not the best school lunch but it worked in a pinch.

I think it's a great lunch and from the looks of it, Ryan thought so, too. I've been jonesin for corn on the cob for the last few weeks, but none in season in my area as of yet. Looks delish!
