- ½ Grilled Cheese made with Muenster on whole grain (I wrapped it in aluminum foil)

What Came Home?
This was the last lunch I made before the Holiday break. He went ga ga over the carrot chips. It was hysterical. As for the sandwich. I can't believe it worked! Grilled cheese is the ONLY sandwich he'll eat but I didn't think it was possible to pack it in his lunch. Now I know!
oh! and he forgot his regular lunch box at school but normally...

I'm sure it helps that you make it in the morning. Do you let it cool off before wrapping in foil? I've never sent g.cheese because it never seemed to be good quality by lunch time

I don't use butter. Just some non-stick spray so that probably helps, but wrapping it in the aluminum foil seemed to work. I asked him if it was still warm and he said "just a little." Which was apparently good enough for him to finish it.
