Did you hear?
The Laughing Cow recently launched Smooth Sensations a line of 5 cream cheese spreads. There’s Classic Cream, Classic Cream Light, Strawberries & Cream, Garden Vegetable and my favorite…

Cinnamon. It’s a sweet wedge of creamy goodness!
Today I decided to use my new favorite flavor for inspiration. Instead of simply spreading it on some toast (which is super good by the way) I decided to turn it into a meal by adding some chicken, pear and, of course, spinach.
The results was delicious! A quick, sweet, tasty wrap that totally hit the spot for lunch. Here’s what I did…
- 4 oz of uncooked chicken breast meat (I pulled 2 tenderloins out of the freezer for this)
- 1/2 small pear cut into chunks (I split the rest with the boys)
- 1 low carb or light tortilla wrap (large size)
- 1 wedge of The Laughing Cow Smooth Sensations Cinnamon Cream
- Handful of raw spinach leaves
Cut the chicken into chunks and brown in a small non-stick skillet with a bit of non-stick cooking spray.
Once there is no more pink on the chicken add the pear and cook for a few minutes until it softens a bit and the chicken cooks through.

Meanwhile smear the cheese on the tortilla.

Top with the cooked chicken and pears.

Add the spinach and roll.

I served with some raw veggies on the side. It made a great lunch and I loved the sweet twist on a chicken wrap.
Nutritional Infomration will vary based on your tortilla. I used an 80 calorie one.

Yay! I had not heard of those cream cheese spreads yet, but I am extremely excited to try them! Will be looking for them next time I go grocery shopping. Love Laughing Cow!
I love Laughing Cow! I can’t wait to try these! I think the strawberry would pair well with smoked turkey and purple onion.
I’ve heard about the new flavors and been trying to find them everywhere.. do you know where they are being sold? I can’t find them and can’t wait to try all the new flavors, especially the cinnamon!!!
Nicole, from what I’ve been told they will be available nationwide by June. I think they are doing a slow roll out. I just started seeing them in MD this week.
