This week's video is a complete dinner idea from beginning to end. No edits, no camera cuts just me, in my kitchen as I am most nights trying to make a fast healthy home cooked meal for me and the family.
Boring? Possibly. Realistic? Definitely. :~)

Christy - Don't strain it puree it in the blender!! It will help thicken it as well. 🙂

This looks great. What are you suggestions if my husband does not eat onions? Change soups? Oh...maybe I could run the soup through a strainer and catch the pieces..hmm...going to try it 🙂

Your recipe is a standard in our house, too! So glad you mentioned the all bran, because it wouldn't have been something I would have tried, but it is AWESOME in these!
Have a quick question....have you tried the vitalicious cakes? I was thinking of ordering one for Christmas, but wasn't sure how they were! Thanks!
