Heidi - Ryan's complained about that a few times. I think it has to do with what I'm packing with the crackers. My strategy is to put the crackers in their own covered container. I didn't for this one and he didn't say anything about them being mushy but who knows. Sometimes he doesn't mind mush I guess??
I have a question for you! I have become inspired with my own daughters (first grade)lunches. I tried to make the cracker, spread cheese, and turkey pepperoni. They looked good when I put them together but by the time she ate them, the crackers were very soggy. Yuck! Any suggestions?
Yes, your little guy never seems to tire of red peppers, that is awesome.....I also love the yellow and orange peppers but have a hard time with green bell peppers!
So the color of his water bottle changed.....did he mix something fun? LoL!!

Actually, it's the lighting. It got dark before I snapped the photo. He's a water drinker through and through. 🙂
