I just put 3 trays of water in the freezer so I can make a smoothie/shake later on tonight! Those blueberries look so delicious. I’ve never seen them in my local stores, but I’ll have to check closely and see if I’ve just been overlooking them. And, I’m totally diggin’ the smoothie attachment to your blender. It’s way cool.

Amelia, my 19 month old, loooves Ryan. When I watch your videos she comes running just to watch him, and she smiles when he acts goofy.

    Roni,
What kind of blender is it that you were using? I really like the attachment you were using.

I have been making these too and they are wonderful. Here is how I make mine, and it’s 175 calories. VERY filling.

1 cup frozen blueberries (the ones I have are 70 cal/cup)
1/2 banana (I keep these in frigde and you can use them way past when they turn brown all over….the fruit is still fresh/fine for smoothies)
1/2 cup Danon Light and Fit vanilla yogurt (110 cal/cup)
    1/4 cup water

Put in blender and blend away. May need to add another tbsp or two of water if it is too thick to blend.

    SO GOOD!

I make these as well.I use Almond milk. The unsweetened vanilla almond milk by Diamond only has 40 calories per 8 oz. This along with a slice of Ezekial sprouted wheat bread makes an excellent breakfast. It’s filling even for a big guy like me.
