Marcie asked about cutting sweet potato fries and I thought it was a great idea for a quick video! Sorry, no toddler this time around. Don’t worry he’ll be back!

hello Roni,
love your websites. I have been checking your recipes ideas for a while now, and I noticed you did not add the Beef Stroganoff dish to the new greenlitebites. that was one of my favorites, and I hope to see it again soon (I cannot find it anymore in my very disorganized recipes box … 3 kids under 6, don’t ask …)
ciao, arabella
You are really starting to become a pro at this. Thanks for all the information!
Great video Roni…..again! I’m going to have to try these, since the delicata squash is nowhere to be found in the grocery stores now. I miss those!
Thanks Guys!
Bonnie – I KNOW! I miss them too!
I love sweet potato fries…really I love anything that is “fry” like;). I make them ALL the time! They really are too good to be so good for us:).
Hi Roni. I tried these last night and they were so good. I didn’t have curry so I used garlic. Yummy! Thanks!
Great video Roni! I really enjoyed it! Hope you are feeling better!
I love sweet potato fries. I make them all the time, but have never made them with curry – I usually use either rosemary or thyme or both. But I am SO doing curry next! Sounds wonderful!!

We are eating sweet potatoe plant leaves like spinach.
Turned on to this by a friend.
He gets the plants from an orentel(sorry not sure of spelling) family. I have tried to find out are they just plain sweet potatoe plants or a special sweet potato plant???? They are very yummy. You keep the plnats over the winter to set out in the spring.
Can any one help me?
thanks,
Karen
Wow! Great video. Definitely good advice about varying sizes… no need to get obsessed with it – you can make a great looking dish with a bunch of wedges. I like to dip in ranch sauce when it’s all ready…
