This one is for all the mommies with toddlers. I wanted something light for lunch and the toddler was hungry after a long morning running errands.
You can really use any cracker toppings you like. I just happen to be partial to turkey pepperoni, ham and cheese. This would probably be really good under the broiler for a second or two to melt the cheese but the toddler isn’t a fan hot foods yet.
- 6 Wasa Crisp 'n Light crackers (available in the store)
- honey mustard
- 12 slices thin sliced lean ham
- 12 slices turkey pepperoni (available in the store)
- 1 mozzarella cheese stick cut into 12 circles
Layout the crackers, smear a bit of honey mustard and top each with 2 slices of ham. Use the turkey pepperoni and cheese to make eyes.
Let the toddlers help and enjoy a fun lite lunch or snack! Serve with a side of carrots sticks!
The ingredients make enough for 2 servings. Although we only ate 1 and ½.
