Chocolate Yogurt

This was just a quick idea I had for dessert tonight. The toddler and I had such a great dinner and he ate so well I wanted to make a fun healthy snack.
I used a fat free pudding cup (4 oz) and 1/4 cup unflavored non-fat yogurt. Mix and serve with a spoon or a pint of strawberries for dipping! The toddler and dipped and then he finished it off with a spoon. It was huge hit that I’ll be making again!

I’m posting nutritional info for one serving but if you’re dipping it’s more then that. Just divide the number of calories by the number of servings you get.
| Servings | Amount per Serving | Calories | Fat | Fiber | WWPs |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | entire recipe | 140 | 0 | 1 | 3 |

Reminds me of the Brown Cow chocolate yogurt! Never sure how I feel about theirs, but it’s such a grand idea. So much more calcium!

if I asked you nicely would you move in with us?
How about just low-fat vanilla yogurt and add cocoa.
Double check the ingredients in the yogurt and watch for tapioca and high fructose corn syrup (hfcs). Try not to buy things with hfcs. La Yogurt, has a nonfat plain & vanilla (32 oz only) that’s the best I’ve seen, at a very, very reasonable price.
