  • 1 wedge of The Laughing Cow Light Mozzarella Sun-Dried Tomato & Basil
  • 10 fresh basil leaves chopped
  • About 10 grape tomatoes quartered
  • ½ teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • pinch of kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper
