Instructions
In a large bowl whisk the mustard, vinegar, honey, poppy seeds and salt.
2 tablespoon grainy dijon mustard,
¼ cup apple cider vinegar,
1 tablespoon honey,
1 tablespoon poppy seeds,
½ teaspoon kosher salt
Add the shredded cabbage and toss well.
½ head red cabbage,
½ head green cabbage
Notes
I was thinking of adding carrots but I just got too lazy. You could also use 2 bags of store-bought cole slaw mix to save chopping time.
