1large sweet onion

1pound8 links turkey sausage (mine were frozen)
Instructions
Put everything in the crockpot.
1 cup 204 g uncooked sorghum, 3 cups broth, 1 large sweet onion, 1 pound grape tomatoes, 2 red bell Peppers, 1 pound 8 links turkey sausage (mine were frozen)
Cook on high for at least 5 hours; mine went for 7.
The sorghum will be tender with a yummy chewiness and the veggies soft, making them both a nice compliment to the meaty sausage.
