Mix all ingredients and store in an old spice canister. This makes enough for months. Depending of course how much you use it.
2 teaspoon celery salt, 1 teaspoon paprika, ½ teaspoon onion powder, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon sage, ½ teaspoon chili powder, ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
The Salmon
Now as for the salmon (or any fish really) simple heat a skillet over medium and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Place the fish in the pan, sprinkle with the fish spice.
4 serving salmon
Cook for a few minutes depending on the thickness of your fish (tilapia 1-2 minutes a side, salmon 3-4). You can see the fish cooking up the side so once it’s about half way flip and cook for about the same amount of time. The key is to not over cook salmon or it’s get’s dry and yucky. So always, err on the side of rare.
