Ingredients
  

  • 3 hard corn taco shells
  • ¼ of an avocado cut into 3 slices (40g)
  • ~ ⅓ cup cooked spaghetti squash 45g
  • 3 ounces leftover cooked chicken
  • 1 ounce cheddar cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoon salsa
  • Spinach or other greens to garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the taco shells according to the package.
    3 hard corn taco shells
  • Place a slice of avocado in each shell. Top with the spaghetti squash, chicken, cheese, salsa and greens.
    ¼ of an avocado, ~ ⅓ cup cooked spaghetti squash, 3 ounces leftover cooked chicken, 1 ounce cheddar cheese, 2 tablespoon salsa, Spinach or other greens to garnish
