3 hard corn taco shells ¼ of an avocado cut into 3 slices (40g) ~ ⅓ cup cooked spaghetti squash 45g 3 ounces leftover cooked chicken 1 ounce cheddar cheese grated 2 tablespoon salsa Spinach or other greens to garnish
