Yelatin is gelatin with a twist. Only 45 calories a serving and super fun to make and eat.

Ingredients
  

  • .3oz sugar free gelatin dessert like jello – any flavor
  • 1 cup 8oz hot water
  • 1 cup 227g fat free plain yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Dissolve the gelatin mix in the boiling water. Whisk in the yogurt. Refrigerate for about 2 hours until set.

Notes

  • As you can see, I like making 3 batches and stacking them. All you need to do is wait for each later to set before adding the next. 
  • You can use regular sugar jello as well. I'm not the biggest fan of artificial sweeteners but the goal here was a light dessert.
