- .3oz sugar free gelatin dessert like jello – any flavor
- 1 cup 8oz hot water
- 1 cup 227g fat free plain yogurt
Dissolve the gelatin mix in the boiling water. Whisk in the yogurt. Refrigerate for about 2 hours until set.

- As you can see, I like making 3 batches and stacking them. All you need to do is wait for each later to set before adding the next.
- You can use regular sugar jello as well. I'm not the biggest fan of artificial sweeteners but the goal here was a light dessert.
