2 Large Chicken Breasts cut into chunks, ½ teaspoon dried thyme
I'm not sure if it's popular so I thought I'd share my jar of dried minced onion.
2 tablespoon dried minced onion
I love keeping this on hand for lazy days or when I run out of fresh onion. Works great in a pinch!
Once there is no more pink visible on the chicken add the can of mushroom soup plus ½ can of water. Mix well and add the Worcestershire Sauce.
1 10 oz can of Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom soup + ½ can of water, 2 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
Drain the can of potatoes and cut them in half…
1 15 oz can of whole potatoes
Another great pantry item for lazy nights.
Add the potatoes to the skillet. Stir to coat them in the soup. Continue to cook over medium-high heat until it starts to boil then lower to a simmer. Continue to simmer until it thickens, about 10 minutes.
A few minutes before you are ready to serve add the frozen peas.
