Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix! Make sure you squish at the orange a little to release of some the juice.
1 5 oz can of light tuna packed in water drained, 1 small orange peeled and chopped, ¼ of a red bell pepper diced, 2 tablespoon Fat Free yogurt, ½ teaspoon ground ginger, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon dried cilantro, pinch of kosher salt and ground pepper
That's it! I put mine and a bed of baby spinach on a Sandwich Thin adding a side of carrots. It was the perfect lunch!
