Ingredients
  

  • 1 5 oz can of light tuna packed in water drained
  • 1 small orange peeled and chopped and any juice that leaks out
  • ¼ of a red bell pepper diced
  • 2 tablespoon Fat Free yogurt I used greek
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried cilantro
  • pinch of kosher salt and ground pepper

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix! Make sure you squish at the orange a little to release of some the juice.

  • That's it! I put mine and a bed of baby spinach on a Sandwich Thin adding a side of carrots. It was the perfect lunch!
