  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Put a half a cup in you bullet or processer and pulse to break them up.
  • Put all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.
    ½ cup pepitas, ½ cup of pumpkin puree, 2 tablespoon honey, 1 ½ Cup Old Fashioned Oats, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ½ teaspoon ginger, ½ teaspoon nutmeg, ½ cup sunflower seeds, ¼ almond milk
  • Press the mixture into a 9x11 pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from the pan and cut into 12 bars. The larger pan made then the perfect thickness in my opinion.
