¼ cup 2 oz of 100% pomegranate juice 1 tablespoon low sugar strawberry jelly ¼ cup blueberries ½ tablespoon whole wheat flour
Put all ingredients in a small pot and whisk over medium high heat. Bring to a boil. The sauce will thicken.
