Leftover sauce for dippingor your favorite jarred stuff
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Prepare the the fillings by dicing up all the veggies (notice the toddler stealing my peppers!)
Measure out 4 oz of the pizza dough and roll it out. Sprinkle a bit of the cheese on the one side. Place the peppers, zucchini and spinach and top with the remaining cheese.
4 oz whole wheat pizza dough rolled in a thin oval, 1 oz shredded mozzarella cheese, ⅛ cup diced green peppers, ⅛ cup diced red peppers, ⅛ cup diced zucchini, Large handful baby spinach loosely chopped
Fold over the dough to make a pouch and seal the ends. Pierce the top with a knife to let the air escape.
Bake for about 10-15 minutes on a pizza stone (or a cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick spray) until the dough is firm to the touch.
