Sweet & Spicy Black Bean Dip

A little sweet, a little spicy, and a lot of flavor - this black bean dip is sure to be a crowd-pleaser. Whip it up in minutes for a perfect party appetizer.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 15 oz can black beans drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 5-6 jarred jalapeño slices
  • 1 tablespoon jarred jalapeño “juice”
  • ⅛-¼ cup of water

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients in the food possessor or blender until well blended adding water when needed.
    1 15 oz can black beans drained and rinsed, 2 tablespoon tomato paste, 1 tablespoon honey, ½ teaspoon cumin, 1 clove of garlic, 5-6 jarred jalapeño slices, 1 tablespoon jarred jalapeño “juice”, ⅛-¼ cup of water
  • Serve with not only baked chips but veggie slices too! It’s fabulous with carrots and pepper strips!
