12 oz Extra Lean Ground Turkey, ½ cup 40g Quick Oats, 1 Package Dry Onion Soup Mix, 2 egg whites
  • In a bowl, whisk the French onion soup, Worcestershire Sauce and flour.
1 Can French Onion Soup, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tablespoon Whole Wheat Flour
  • Place the loaf in a roasting pan, top with sliced onions and pour soup mixture over the loaf leaving the top exposed.
A thin slice of onion or 2 for garnish on top of the loaf
  • Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for about an hour. The internal temperature should be 160 degrees when finished.
  • Once finished use the French onion soup as gravy for noodles or mashed potatoes. I served mine with whole-wheat egg noodles and peas. The whole meal was a hit!
