- thick slice of onion chopped
- 2 peppers chopped
- 2 oz cooked whole wheat pasta I used Bionaturae Organic Whole Wheat Pasta
- ½ cup salsa
- About 5 oz cooked chicken 142g (I used short cuts)
Spray a medium skillet it non-stick cooking spray and warm over meadium heat.
Add the onion and peppers, and warm until just becoming tender. Add the cooked pasta, the salsa and the chicken.
