Ingredients
  

  • thick slice of onion chopped
  • 2 peppers chopped
  • 2 oz cooked whole wheat pasta I used Bionaturae Organic Whole Wheat Pasta
  • ½ cup salsa
  • About 5 oz cooked chicken 142g (I used short cuts)

Instructions
 

  • Spray a medium skillet it non-stick cooking spray and warm over meadium heat.
  • Add the onion and peppers, and warm until just becoming tender. Add the cooked pasta, the salsa and the chicken.

  • Stir for a few minutes to combine the flavors and serve!!.
