  • Prepare all the veggies and place in a large bowl. Whisk the remaining ingredients and pour over veggies. Let sit for about an hour.
    1 red bell pepper cut into large chunks, 1 green bell pepper cut into large chunks, 1 broccoli crown cut into large chunks, 1 sweet onion cut into large chunks, 10 white button mushrooms, 2 teaspoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon dried parsley, Salt & Pepper
  • Skewer alternating veggies and grill over medium heat for about 15 minutes turning regularly to prevent burning.
