- 3 cloves of garlic run through a garlic press
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey 21g
- Kosher Salt & Pepper
- 1 pound of uncooked shrimp I used 26-30 count
Mix the garlic, oil, lemon juice, honey, and a sprinkle of salt & pepper in a medium bowl.
3 cloves of garlic run through a garlic press, 1 teaspoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 pound of uncooked shrimp
Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat. let sit for at least 20 minutes.
