Ingredients
  

  • 3 cloves of garlic run through a garlic press
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey 21g
  • Kosher Salt & Pepper
  • 1 pound of uncooked shrimp I used 26-30 count

Instructions
 

  • Mix the garlic, oil, lemon juice, honey, and a sprinkle of salt & pepper in a medium bowl.
    3 cloves of garlic run through a garlic press, 1 teaspoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 pound of uncooked shrimp
  • Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat. let sit for at least 20 minutes.
    Kosher Salt & Pepper
  • Skewer the shrimp and grill about 3-4 minutes a side until pink all the way through.
