Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup 40g Quick Oats
  • 6 oz boiling water
  • 1 berry flavored Green Tea Bag see image below
  • 1 oz 28g of pomegranate seeds
  • About a teaspoon of fresh orange peel
  • 3-4 fresh mint leaves chopped

Instructions
 

  • Seep the tea bag in boiling water for 2 minutes. You can do this directly in the bowl if you like. Remove the tea bag. Be sure to squeeze extra water out before discarding.
    6 oz boiling water, 1 berry flavored Green Tea Bag
  • Add the oatmeal to the bowl. Stir and let it sit for a few minutes while preparing the rest of the ingredients.
    ½ cup 40g Quick Oats
  • Top the oatmeal with the seeds, orange peel and mint.
    1 oz 28g of pomegranate seeds, About a teaspoon of fresh orange peel, 3-4 fresh mint leaves chopped
