    ½ cup 40g Old Fashioned Oats, 6 oz water, 1 packet sweetener, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Mix the cooked oatmeal with applesauce.
    ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • Sprinkle a bit more cinnamon on top for effect.
