Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz raw boneless chicken breast
  • 1 medium orange juiced or about ¼ cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ cup Whole Wheat Couscous 55g

Instructions
 

  • Brown the chicken in a small pot with a bit of non-stick cooking spray. Juice the orange and add it to the pot along with the soy sauce and ginger. Bring to a boil, add the couscous, cover and remove from the heat.
