- juice of a lime
- 1 tablespoon honey 21g
- Pinch of dried mint leaves about ⅛ tsp
- About a pound of chicken tenders or boneless breasts cut into tender like pieces
- Kosher salt & fresh ground pepper
I think this would better grilled but I'll right up how I prepared it. pre-heat the broiler.
Puree the mango, lime juice honey and mint leaves.
1 mango cubed, juice of a lime, 1 tablespoon honey, Pinch of dried mint leaves
Place the chicken on skewers and season with salt and pepper.

Lay the chicken on a broiling pan pouring any extra puree on top. Broil about 5-6 minutes a side depending on the thickness of your chicken.
