Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz/28g of Baked Scoops I got 13 when I weighed them out
  • 3 pepper stripes I used 1 yellow and 2 green
  • About ½ cup baby spinach leaves chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ready made salsa
  • ½ oz fancy shredded mexican cheese blend.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees
  • Fill the scoops with the veggies, dab with a bit of salsa and top with cheese.
    1 oz/28g of Baked Scoops, 3 pepper stripes, About ½ cup baby spinach leaves chopped, 1 tablespoon ready made salsa, ½ oz fancy shredded mexican cheese blend.
  • Bake for 5-6 minutes.
