  • ½ serving of Triscuits thin crisps 7 crackers
  • 1 oz feta cheese 2 thin slices
  • 1 jarred roasted red pepper
  • Sprinkle of dried parsley

Instructions
 

  • Lay out the crackers.
    ½ serving of Triscuits thin crisps
  • Cut the cheese into small pieces matching the number of crackers. It won't be much but you don't need much! The feta flavor is great.
    1 oz feta cheese
  • Cut the roasted red pepper into small pieces as well.
    1 jarred roasted red pepper
  • Top the crackers with the bit of cheese, a piece of the roasted red pepper and a sprinkle of parsley.
