The Pumpkin Cake - Happy Halloween!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 boxes of store bought spice cake mix we used Duncan Hines Cake Mix Moist Deluxe Spice
  • 2 15 oz cans of pumpkin
  • 1 ⅓ cups of water + 1 ⅓ cups of water
  • 1 ice cream wafer cone

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • In separate bowls, mix each cake mix with 1 of the cans of pumpkin and 1 and ⅓ cups of water.
    2 boxes of store bought spice cake mix, 2 15 oz cans of pumpkin, 1 ⅓ cups of water + 1 ⅓ cups of water
  • Pour each of the mixed batters into their own bundt pans and bake for 45-50 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven, let cool in the bundt for 5 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely. Flip one the bundts over and top with the other. Use the cone as the stem and decorate anyway you like.
    1 ice cream wafer cone

Notes

  • You can use small bundt and split 1 box of mix between them for a smaller pumpkin.
