3-4small onion halved to cover the bottom of the crock
Stew beef. I used a large cut but you could use the cut stew beef
1 10ozhealthy request can cream of mushroom soup
2tablespoonof Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Layer the onion on the bottom of the pot. Top with the beef.

In a bowl mix the soup with ¾ of a can of water and the Worcestershire sauce. Pour the soup mixture over the beef.
2 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
I cooked on high for 5 hours. My beef was frozen, it doesn't have to be.
We used the gravy from the pot to smoother the noodles and warmed some frozen broccoli. Simple, tasty and apparently a family pleaser.
