Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup 40g Steel Cut Oats
  • ½ tablespoon honey 10g or more to taste
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup water
  • About ½ cup frozen wild blueberries

Instructions
 

  • Put the oats, honey, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a small pot.
    ¼ cup 40g Steel Cut Oats, ½ tablespoon honey, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • Add the cup of water and bring to a boil.

  • Continue to boil it for about 5 minutes.
  • Lower to a simmer and continue to cook for about 20 minutes. After 20 minutes most of the liquid should be absorbed.
  • Transfer to a bowl and top with the frozen blueberries.
