¼ cup 40g Steel Cut Oats ½ tablespoon honey 10g or more to taste 1 teaspoon cinnamon ¼ teaspoon nutmeg 1 cup water About ½ cup frozen wild blueberries
Put the oats, honey, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a small pot.

Add the cup of water and bring to a boil.

Continue to boil it for about 5 minutes.
Lower to a simmer and continue to cook for about 20 minutes. After 20 minutes most of the liquid should be absorbed.
Transfer to a bowl and top with the frozen blueberries.
