Our grilled wrap is the perfect blend of flavors and textures. With a crispy exterior and a variety of fillings, it's a satisfying lunch or dinner option.
¾ozof your favorite cheese shreddedI used a Mini Babybel® Light round and it was perfect!

Instructions
Sauté the onion in a non-stick skillet with a bit of cooking spray and kosher salt over medium-high heat until the edges are browing. About 2 minutes.
1 slice of a sweet onion chopped
Add the peppers and ham and cook for another 2-3 minutes scorching everything.
About ½ red bell pepper chopped, 1 thick slice of deli ham chopped
Lower the heat to medium and remove the ham/pepper mixture. Set aside.
Return the skillet to the heat and warm the tortilla on one side for about 30 seconds. Then flip and add about ⅓ of the cheese and a handful of baby spinach to one side of the wrap.
1 whole grain wrap or tortilla, ¾ oz of your favorite cheese shredded, Handful of baby spinach
Top with the ham/pepper mixture and the remaining cheese.
Fold over and press down with a spatula. Cooking for about a minute then flip the best you can. You will lose some filling. No worries. it still tastes good. 😉
Cook for another minute after the flip. Then transfer to a plate and top with any of the filling that fell out.
I cut mine in half and ate with my hands. Then enjoyed any bits with a fork.
