1 small whole wheat pita yellow mustard 1 oz of thin sliced deli ham 2 oz leftover pork loin sliced 1 oz slice of muenster cheese About 6 sweet pickle slices enough to cover the sandwich
Separate the pita into two circles by running a knife along the edge. I use these little gems from Trader Joe's.
1 small whole wheat pita
Smear the mustard on one side. Layer the ham, pork and cheese on top. Add the layer of pickles.
yellow mustard, 1 oz of thin sliced deli ham, 2 oz leftover pork loin sliced, 1 oz slice of muenster cheese, About 6 sweet pickle slices
Top with the other half of pita and grill on a panini press or the George Foreman like I did.
If you are using the Forman, cook for 2 minutes and then turn cooking for 2 more.
