Ingredients
  

  • 1 3 oz can of light tuna drained
  • 1 wedge of The Laughing Cow Light any flavor -- I used French Onion
  • About ¼ cup red pepper chopped small
  • About ¼ cup cucumber chopped small
  • pinch of salt black pepper and dried thyme

Instructions
 

  • Prepare all the ingredients.
  • Mix The Laughing Cow Light wedge with the tuna.
    1 wedge of The Laughing Cow Light any flavor -- I used French Onion, 1 3 oz can of light tuna drained
  • Add the pepper, cucumber, salt, pepper, and they. Mix well to combine.
    About ¼ cup red pepper chopped small, About ¼ cup cucumber chopped small, pinch of salt
  • Pile on your favorite whole grain bread. Top your favorite garden salad. Or do what I did and stuff your favorite pita!
