Mix all ingredients together and smear on salmon fillets.
1 tablespoon honey, ½ tablespoon lemon juice, ½ tablespoon soy sauce, ½ teaspoon onion powder, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon ground ginger, pinch or two of salt
I then simply cooked on a preheated non-stick skillet with a bit of non-stick cooking spray. They took about 3 minutes a side and came out with a fabulous sweet crust.
