Ingredients
  

  • 1 raspberry tea bag
  • 1 cup of water
  • ½ cup Old Fashioned Oatmeal 40g
  • 1 tablespoon Dark Chocolate Cocoa Powder 5g
  • 1 tablespoon honey 21g
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries 70g

Instructions
 

  • Put the tea bag and water in a small pot.
    1 raspberry tea bag, 1 cup of water
  • Bring to a boil over high heat.
  • Once boiling, add the oats and lower to the medium. Cook for about 5 minute stirring occasionally until it thickens.
    ½ cup Old Fashioned Oatmeal
  • Remove the tea bag. Be sure to squeeze out the excess.
  • Shut the heat off and stir in the cocoa powder and honey. Combine well. Add the raspberries and stir in. They will cool the oats down while defrosting.
    1 tablespoon Dark Chocolate Cocoa Powder, 1 tablespoon honey, ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • Pour into a bowl and enjoy!
