Ingredients
  

  • Pile of Romaine Lettuce
  • Handful of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 leftover ear of corn
  • 3 oz leftover grilled chicken breasts cut up
  • 3-4 baked tortilla chips crumbled 7g
  • ½ tablespoon BBQ sauce
  • ½ tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Pile the lettuce and tomato on a plate.
    Pile of Romaine Lettuce, Handful of cherry tomatoes
  • Run a knife down each side of the corn cob to remove the kernels. Add the kernels to the salad, along with the chicken and tortilla chips.
    1 leftover ear of corn, 3 oz leftover grilled chicken breasts cut up, 3-4 baked tortilla chips crumbled
  • Whisk the BBQ sauce and Worcestershire Sauce together. Drizzle on top and enjoy!
