Pile of Romaine Lettuce Handful of cherry tomatoes 1 leftover ear of corn 3 oz leftover grilled chicken breasts cut up 3-4 baked tortilla chips crumbled 7g ½ tablespoon BBQ sauce ½ tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
Pile the lettuce and tomato on a plate.

Run a knife down each side of the corn cob to remove the kernels. Add the kernels to the salad, along with the chicken and tortilla chips.
