Ingredients
  

  • 1 large Portobello mushroom
  • 6 slices of zucchini
  • A few rings of sweet green chile bell pepper would work
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • juice of ½ lemon about 1 tbsp
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • pinch of kosher salt and Black Pepper
  • ½ ounce of munster cheese

Instructions
 

  • Clean and prepare the the mushroom, zucchini, and pepper.
    1 large Portobello mushroom, 6 slices of zucchini, A few rings of sweet green chile
  • Whisk the oil, lemon juice, thyme, salt and pepper to make the marinade.
    1 teaspoon olive oil, juice of ½ lemon, ½ teaspoon dried thyme, pinch of kosher salt and Black Pepper, A few rings of sweet green chile
  • Toss all the veggies into the marinade.
  • Grill everything over a medium flame, turning the zucchini once.
  • After about 10 minutes flip the mushroom. Pour any remaining marinade into the cap and then layer the grilled zucchini and peppers on top.
  • Top with the cheese cook for another minute or two to melt.
    ½ ounce of munster cheese
