Peaches and "Cream" Oatmeal

  • Put the oats, water, and salt in a small pot over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
    ½ cup Old Fashioned Oats, 1 cup of water, pinch of salt
  • Once the oats start to absorb a bit of the water (you'll notice the water getting cloudy and slightly thick) add the cinnamon and a tablespoon of honey. Stir until boiling. The oats will thicken in about 3 minutes.
    ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1 tablespoon of Honey
  • Turn off the heat.
  • Stir in the yogurt and ¾ of the cut peach.
    2 oz Greek Yogurt, 1 peach cut unto small cubes with skin
  • Once blended well, transfer to a bowl. Top with the remaining peaches and drizzle with a bit more honey.
