Cheesy Tomato Soup with Peas and Orzo from the Pantry

Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz dry whole wheat orzo pasta
  • 10 oz can of Condensed Tomato soup I used the healthy request kind
  • 2 wedges of The Laughing Cow Light Swiss
  • ½ cup frozen peas

Instructions
 

  • Bring 2 cups of water to a boil and add the orzo. Cook for about 12 minutes until the pasta is soft. Do not drain. Add the tomato soup to the pot with the water and the pasta. Stir until incorporated.

  • Bring the soup to a boil and then lower the heat to medium. Stir in the cheese. It will begin to melt after a few minutes, just continue to stir until it disappears. Stir in the peas and serve.
