Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup of your favorite salsa
  • 1 ½ oz of cheddar cheese or 2 Mini Babybels White Cheddar grated
  • 1 tablespoon whole wheat flour
  • 1 can of pinto beans drained and rinsed
  • ½ of a green bell pepper diced
  • ¼ oz Triscuits 7g or some baked corn chips crushed

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Warm the salsa over medium heat in a small saucepan.
    ½ cup of your favorite salsa
  • Grate in half the cheese (1 Babybel.)
    1 ½ oz of cheddar cheese or 2 Mini Babybels White Cheddar grated
  • Add the flour and continue to stir until everything is incorporated together. Shut off the heat.
    1 tablespoon whole wheat flour
  • Drain and rinse the beans.
  • Add the beans and bell pepper to the cheese salsa mixture. Stir, blending everything well.
    1 can of pinto beans drained and rinsed, ½ of a green bell pepper diced
  • Spray a small casserole or pyrex dish with non-stick cooking spray. Add the beans and top with the remaining cheese and triscuits.
    ¼ oz Triscuits
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes.
