- ½ cup of your favorite salsa
- 1 ½ oz of cheddar cheese or 2 Mini Babybels White Cheddar grated
- 1 tablespoon whole wheat flour
- 1 can of pinto beans drained and rinsed
- ½ of a green bell pepper diced
- ¼ oz Triscuits 7g or some baked corn chips crushed
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Warm the salsa over medium heat in a small saucepan.
½ cup of your favorite salsa
Grate in half the cheese (1 Babybel.)
1 ½ oz of cheddar cheese or 2 Mini Babybels White Cheddar grated
Add the flour and continue to stir until everything is incorporated together. Shut off the heat.
1 tablespoon whole wheat flour
Drain and rinse the beans.
Add the beans and bell pepper to the cheese salsa mixture. Stir, blending everything well.
1 can of pinto beans drained and rinsed, ½ of a green bell pepper diced
Spray a small casserole or pyrex dish with non-stick cooking spray. Add the beans and top with the remaining cheese and triscuits.

Bake for 10-15 minutes.
