  • 1 oz 28g of avocado
  • 2 tablespoon 28g Salsa
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon chili powder
  • ¼ teaspoon dried cilantro
  • teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon lime juice lemon would be fine
  • 5 oz can of light tuna drained well

Instructions
 

  • Scoop out the avocado and mash.
