Won Ton Nacho Bites

Turn the classic nacho snack into bite-sized portions with these won ton nacho bites. Easy to make and even easier to eat, they're sure to be a crowd-pleaser!

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup refried beans vegetarian or fat free (118g)
  • 2 wedges of The Laughing Cow Light Queso Fresco & Chipotle
  • 3 scallions chopped small
  • ¼ cup of red bell pepper chopped small
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried cumin
  • 16 Won Ton Wrappers

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat the oven the 350 degrees.
  • Put all ingredients in a bowl except the wrappers
    ½ cup refried beans, 2 wedges of The Laughing Cow Light Queso Fresco & Chipotle, 3 scallions chopped small, ¼ cup of red bell pepper chopped small, ½ teaspoon chili powder, ½ teaspoon dried cumin, 16 Won Ton Wrappers
  • Mix well until everything is combined
  • Lay out one won ton and plop about 1 tablespoon of the bean filling in the middle.
  • Dip your finger in water and run along the edges of the won ton. Fold diagonal and seal the edges.
  • Lay on a cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray and bake for about 20 minute flipping once. The edges will start to brown and the wrapper should crisp up.
  • Serve with a side of salsa for dipping.
