Ingredients
  

  • 1 Whole Grain Sandwich thin
  • 1 oz fresh Mozzarella in 2 slices
  • Handful of Raw Spinach
  • 4 Slices of Canned Beets
  • Sprinkle of dried basil
  • Dash of Balsamic Vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Heat a small non-stick skillet over medium heat and layer the sandwich together.
    1 Whole Grain Sandwich thin
  • Start with the bottom of the thin, then top with 1 slice of the mozzarella cheese.
    1 oz fresh Mozzarella in 2 slices
  • The cheese is the glue so you want a little on the top and bottom.
  • On top of the cheese add the spinach, beets and the second slice of mozzarella. Sprinkle with the dried basil.
    1 oz fresh Mozzarella in 2 slices, Handful of Raw Spinach, 4 Slices of Canned Beets, Sprinkle of dried basil
  • Add a splash of Balsamic vinegar and top with the other half of the thin.
    Dash of Balsamic Vinegar
  • Grill it about 2-3 minutes a side pressing slightly to squash the ingredients together and merge the flavors.
