1 Whole Grain Sandwich thin 1 oz fresh Mozzarella in 2 slices Handful of Raw Spinach 4 Slices of Canned Beets Sprinkle of dried basil Dash of Balsamic Vinegar
Heat a small non-stick skillet over medium heat and layer the sandwich together.
1 Whole Grain Sandwich thin
Start with the bottom of the thin, then top with 1 slice of the mozzarella cheese.
1 oz fresh Mozzarella in 2 slices
The cheese is the glue so you want a little on the top and bottom.
On top of the cheese add the spinach, beets and the second slice of mozzarella. Sprinkle with the dried basil.

Add a splash of Balsamic vinegar and top with the other half of the thin.
Dash of Balsamic Vinegar
Grill it about 2-3 minutes a side pressing slightly to squash the ingredients together and merge the flavors.
