1 5 oz can of Light Tuna drained well, 5 grape tomatoes diced, 1 sweet gherkin, 1 wedge of The Laughing Cow Smooth Sensations Cream Cheese Spread Garden Vegetable ⅓ Less Fat, Pinch of Kosher Salt and Pepper
  • Combine.
  • Now, I almost stopped right there and just put the on a slice of toast but I wanted to try this Tuna Melt idea. So I put the tuna salad on a wrap and topped with the grated minibabybel.
    1 Mini Babybel Light grated
  • Again, I used 2 small wraps but you could use 1 big one as well.
2 small or 1 large wrap
  • Put the wrap(s) under the broiler just long enough to melt the cheese but not crisp the wrap. I did exactly 2 minutes and the edges of the wrap were just starting to curl.
  • Roll like a burrito and enjoy with some grape tomatoes and pickles on the side!
